About me

Sunday, May 14, 2017

My name is Anorta and I am here today to welcome you to district 67's 2017 graduating family. Not just other students, not just peers, but family. Family in my words is a group of people that support each other, love each other, and will be there for each other. These people right here are my family they have supported me through drama, stress, and achievements. We've all had such a strong connection that it feels like we've been together for forever.

No matter if you joined district 67 in kindergarten or in the 8th grade you've had good conversations with most of the grade. That's one of the good things about this school. Yes it's a small school but you are close with everyone and next year we won't have the same privileged and I'm very grateful to have it now because it has taught me a lot.

I am going to miss everyone at this school because each and one of you have been apart of my life good or bad you were there. But you might not be there next year because of moving schools or because of how much more people we are going to meet next year but you guys will always be in my thoughts. Good luck and have fun.

You need to change that!

Dear 5th grade me,

You have gone through  successfully. Well at least you think you did... You have good grades, you had good friends, and you had fun. But your sense of style and clothes you wore were unacceptable! What were you thinking? You really think baggy clothes and a low pony tail were cute?

You need to change that.

Next time wear a high pony tail or at least try straightening your hair and leave it down. And for the clothes, wear something a little less baggy and more classy and wear leggings for pants, they go with everything.

From your loving self,
Anorta

Tribute to the loml

When I hear the word love I think of one thing. My true love towards food. Oh food how I love you. I would like to thank you for being there for me. When I'm starving, when I just want to eat, and when I have craving. Even though sometimes I wish you weren't there because I'm trying to eat less, I still appreciate you.
Once again, thank you food.

My 5 Main Goals To Do With My FriendsBefore Summer Ends

1. Go to the beach
Last year I never went to the pool or beach with my friends. Not even go in general. So now I wanna change that and hang out there and take some really good pictures.

2.   Explore the neighborhood at night
I've gone around my neighborhood during the day with Gina. But I've never done it at night.

3. Go to parties
I mean why not right?

4. Meet a lot of new people
Last summer I did meet a lot of people but I want to meet more.

5. Make amazing memories
I want summer 17 to be one if the most amazing summers. I want do things that I would never imagine me doing and not regret a thing. I want it to be memorable.

Ugh it's Complicated

This goes out to all the teachers and parents that don't understand us teenagers. It's complicated and hard to be a teen in this generation ok! We are very unbelievably busy.

Let me tell you all my responsibilities as an example. Here are some of the things I have to take care of everyday in less than 24 hours: feeding my pets, going to practice, studying for tests, facetiming Gina, snapchatting people, checking my instagram accounts, eating, showering, going out with my friends, etc.

Do you notice how I don't mention doing homework? It's because I have no time! I'm very busy and so are a lot of other teenagers.
(Btw I'm just kidding I don't even feed my pets or study for tests I just eat all day and watch Netflix. That's my version of being busy)

Free Blog!

Since it's a free blog I want to talk about how excited I am to get out of GMS. Graduation is almost here! Under 30 days! I remember watching last year's 8th graders go through the abc count down and now were just ripping through it feeling like it's going by so quickly. But another part of me is sad to leave Golf because of all the memories iv'e had with all my friends. Especially the times we got in trouble. (Totally worth it. I don't regret anything) Golf was like a second home and I'll never forget it.
